As I'll soon venture into the world of blogging, I thought I'd start with a "What's coming" section. I'll try to do this periodically, so you'll know what I'll be writing about over the next few weeks.
My review of Matt Stauffer's new book Laravel: Up and Running. I was delighted to receive an advance copy of Matt's new book and look forward to the opportunity to read and review the material. I'm a little over half-way now, and should be finished by this weekend. My first post will cover what I learned as well as my thoughts on the book.
A detailed walkthrough of how I implemented Freek Van der Herten's Laravel/Vue dashboard. I'll cover everything from installation to how I personalized the content. This includes changing from the default implementation of using Google Calendar to using Outlook's Exchange calendar, as well as using Github gists for my task lists.
An overview of my workflow when developing with Laravel.
Although I guess this is actually my first post, I look forward to finishing Matt's book this weekend and starting this blog. This is something I've wanted for a long time now as I believe it will be an amazing tool for me as I learn and grow in web development.
